Invokes luxurious emulsified whipped body butter is a blend of natural butters and oils formulated to nourish your skin.  My product provides oils in their most natural state which maximizes the benefits of the product. It's super creamy while at the same time remains lightweight and extremely moisturizing. I recommend using my lotions after showering or at night before bed. Want extra hydration penetration?  I recommend exfoliating with Invokes Body Polishes twice per week to ensure the best results. 

These creamy concoctions have been formulated to mimic my whipped body butter formulation, but meltproof! The only extra ingredients in this is a vegetable derived emulsifier, along with a formaldehyde and paraben free preservative. The preservatives are needed, because I am adding extracts and distilled water which needs protection from bacteria and mold. 

What sets this apart from other emulsified body butters is that I’m using four different types of butters and calendula infused oil. Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, and soothing eczema. 

Calendula is generally safe to use, but there are a few considerations to keep in mind. Avoid calendula if you’re allergic to plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae (Daisy) family.

Just to name a few reasons as to why I use the butters and oils I use:

Kokum butter is best known for its emollient qualities.  It also fights inflammation which is the number one known cause for aging

Mango butter helps soften and plump the skin, reduces fine lines, relieves eczema, psoriasis, persistent dry skin, and provides UV protection. 

Shea -  It works as an emollient that softens and hydrates skin. Because it contains several types of fatty acids — including lineoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic acids — that improve The skins natural barrier, shea butter also protects skin from damage from the environment like pollutants. this is also packed with antioxidants and antifungal properties

Grapeseed oil  fights against oxidative stress, and can improve minor signs or aging, such as loss of elasticity and dark spots. I have used my Calendula infused Grapeseed oil for this particular formulation

Vitamin E has packed with antioxidants that help to increase blood supply to the skin that slows down the aging process.  It also is known to heal redness and protect against the rays of the sun.

 Golden Jojoba - Jojoba is a lot like human skin sebum, the oil your skin makes to stay moisturized and supple. Because jojoba oil is so similar to sebum and has a high Vitamin E content, it's an an excellent skin softener that can smooth dry skin, prevent flakiness, and improve skin elasticity.
